Our team completed Orange High Schools new Science Complex. The Panther Pavilion, a two-story, 49,915-square foot facility, is home to technologically advanced chemistry and science labs, class-rooms and teaching spaces specifically designed for students with special needs. As the general contractor, Pinner's scope of work included comprehensive development of the active school construction site beginning with abatement and demolition, temporary shoring for extensive soil stabilization, the new science complex, campus-wide utility infrastructure and off-site improvements. Pinner Construction ex-ceeded the 5% DVBE participation goal by providing a participation rate of 17%.
