Pinner served as the contractor for the LAPD's Harbor Police Station, Jail and MaintenanceFacility, which was delivered through design-bid-build services and included three multistorybuildings totaling approximately 129,000 square feet. This LEED Gold-accredited project includedautomotive repair bays and fueling stations. The facility also houses a new generator and vehiclefueling stations that required SCAQMD approval.
