This comprehensive modernization is comprised of the demolition of 11 permanent buildings and 12 relocatable buildings, new construction, modernization, utility improvements and off-site work. New buildings include a two-story classroom building, a library and performing arts building, a maintenance and operations/horticulture building and new central plant. Modernization work is limited to the two existing classroom buildings, seismic upgrades and accessibility improvements in the gymnasium, multipurpose room and lunch shelter. Limited re-roofing and programmatic access upgrades will occur in designated areas on campus.
