A complete campus revitalization that included a new administration, library and classroom building, a new band building, major modernization of five existing classroom buildings, as well as the Polaris site. The project also featured a comprehensive site upgrade, including new infrastructure, shade canopies and outdoor collaborative spaces. Pinner Construction�s Dale Jr. High School Project maintained a required local hire participation rate of 35%. We are proud to have exceeded this requirement through our early outreach efforts, achieving 70% local worker participation.
